No, it's not Mars Attack - that movie was made in Pahrump, NV, about 60 miles west of Las Vegas on the other side of the mountains. This image looking like an advance of mountains heading toward some litle town looks like it might be out of a "B" movie.

It's only an image shot with 400 B/W film through a Sigma 600mm lens, taken from about 8-10 miles away. I don't know, but every time I look at it, I feel sorry for the people living there....
